Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please ensure to select the correct sizing on apparel using the sizing chart on the listing. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Contact us at knottybutsweet@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
